The problem with Jackson as it pertains to the Bears is that Fox and Fangio like physical corners.

1. White 6025, 215 lbs, 4.35
2. Meredith 6033, 207 lbs (probably 215 now), 4.49
3. Wright 5102, 206 lbs, 4.42
4. Wheaton 5110, 189 lbs, 4.45
5. Bellamy
6. Braverman (practice squad likely)

I have a feeling before it's all said and done, White and Wright will be on the outside with Meredith in the slot.

Did you bump Meredith to 215# so you wouldn't have to fell guilty for putting the scrawniest WR in the slot?

Aren't slot guys supposed to be the smaller quick guys who can cut routes well?

Edelman? Cobb? Baldwin? Cooks?

All under 200 pounds.... kinda the scrawny guy position, no?

Nope, heard him talking on the radio a little while back and he said he was looking to bulk up. Saw him on TV recently and he's looking thicker.

All 5'10" while Meredith is 6'3".
If those 4 were 6'3", they would weigh 243, 235, 235, and 227 respectively. Not scrawny.
Last year the Bears listed Meredith at 200, this year at 207, but maybe he's 215 now and will keep that on through the preseason.
Meredith shrunk down to 5'10":
from 200 163
from 207 168
from 215 175
Scrawny.

Not necessarily, but that is the stereotype for a slot WR.

Brandon Marshall used to fucking wreck dudes from the slot.

Scrawny.
....so by this logic 5'8" 169lbs Donnell Pumphrey isn't a scrawny guy cause he would be 220+ pounds IF he were 6'3", right?

scrawny: gaunt and bony; skinny. See synonyms under "lean"

Kendall Wright seemed to fall out of favor under Mularkey. My impression was he was less than dependable running the many timing routes called there. He was prone to free lancing ; caused more than a couple INTs...

I'm pretty sure those interceptions were Cutler's fault.

Noted Brain Genius Malk, Summer 2018.
