An organization that has not been able to get that position right, whether trying or not. You would have thought over the years one would have luckily fallen into their laps.................but hell no, we have had to suffer

I still have nightmares of the Cade McNown not getting past the 50 against San Fran. Easily worse QB I've ever seen.

it does seem many teams do better at the position by happy accident than the Bears do on purpose ... and that is a sad situation to be in
