The word sinister comes from latin for left. Left was kind of the dark side of things whereas right was light... so "seated at the right hand of God" and crap like that. As for what this has to do with the current state of affairs for the Bears... I have no idea... Maybe something to do with underpants gnomes...

Long switching would place the defender to his favorable angle for him to block...once you get a shoulder injury, there is always a chance of re-injury and then you get more strains also...and a guy going toe to toe with 300+ lbers, there will be shoulder pain through the season
