In the worst home game since THAT green bay game, the bears walk out for pre-game warm ups where kyle fuller slips on a terrible towel and gets a season ending torn achilles.

Willie Young laughs at this and breaks a rib.

Virginia McCaskey is forced to return punts after moving up the depth chart and takes one all the way back to the wrong end zone.

The fans at Soldier Field will turn on them quickly if we look like we did against TB. This will somehow wind up being a game we play well in and for no logical reason...But most likely not close enough for a W. I look for an inspired defensive performance but the offense has me at a loss...Here's to hoping I'm wrong on the final score! Steelers 23 Bears 16

I feel like the Bears should lose by 40+ points in this game, but somehow it will be closer than that. The Bears still lose.

All I can predict is the Bears are getting blanked in this one.

Its pretty simple. Big Ben and Antonio Brown destroy the Bears. Glennon throws two picks, is sacked four times, and fumbles the ball twice, losing one of them. We kick three field goals, but never even sniff the end zone. The decimated Bears defense collapses into a pile of quivering jello. Fox keeps looking up in the sky of divine intervention, which never comes.

Another poorly called game by the Terrible Dowell.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but idt Dowell is the problem. We've all seen Glennon just lock onto receivers while other receivers were open. Glennon is a statue he looks awkward even handing off the ball.

I have No Idea how anyone could call a game for the White Giraffe and expect anything but misery..

What// Roll outs..nope.. Vertical..no way..runs..that's EXACTLY what the other team expects.. Screens..Neck is panicked before it develops.. Receivers getting killed waiting for the Slo-mo Learch to decide to throw late while surrounded..
With Cutty there was always the "puncher's chance"..

With the Learch the Neck..we have nothing.. No coach could help this statue,,

The Bears aren't giving up 50 points. The game is at home after being embarrassed, and they only gave up 29 with 4 turnovers in the last game. Injuries are piling up, but the defense will be okay, imo. Bears offense continues to struggle, no surprise there. Trubisky to start soon - Glennon will have a short leash if he continues to turn the ball over.

The Bears start surprisingly strong, but lose late.

This Steelers team is one of the most talented in the NFL, and here's where they finally get rolling.

Glennon throws 3 picks in the first half and maybe even has a fumble or 2 after leading the Bears to a FG on his first drive. The signature game that has fans screaming for Trubisky on the short week...

Glennon doesn't throw many picks because he doesn't throw it anywhere with even the smallest risk. He does throw one because he doesn't even realise it is risky.

As for the rest. Shit, it's hard to care. It pains me to say but I hope the defence balls out whilst Glennon plays himself out of the shirt. Getting Trubisky experience is about the only useful thing from this season.

Glennon, Cohen, OL, TEs all execute better - no drops no turnovers.

WRs make a couple nice catches.

Defense tough at home, steal the ball.

Bears 24-23

There is a GM named Poles
Who has a clear set of goals
He’s rebuilt his team
So Bears’ fans can dream
Of winning some more Super Bowls

Bears football will continue to make us insane retards. Bears lose by 50, in a Marc Trestman style loss.

Steelers are a very poor road team. Nearly lost at Cleveland Week 1.

Bears play inspired, and pull off the upset. I am actually quite confident we have a shot in this one.

If you're being serious, I'm glad I'm not alone. lol

Bears D tough at home again. Bears don't turn it over. Steelers are their usual lackluster selves on the road.

This is the exact kind of game this team has pulled out of their asses over the years. Just when you think they're completely in the bag...

Sucks to lose our home opener but it was actually a fair effort - Atlanta was lucky to pull out the win. Last week in Tampa was embarrassing for the whole team - these guys have some pride and I think some half-way decent coaching so Sunday we again play at home with a bigger chip and better focus on execution - heck yes I'm serious, underdog Bears go to 1-2.

also its time for Shaheen to shake the jitters and make a fucking play

I am hoping to see Shaheen flash some ability, and I think we could see a couple very nice plays soon. However, I think they'll be sporadic. I don't expect big production this year. I think we took him knowing that he's a project, which is why we kept on Miller, Sims... etc... A lot of very good TE's took a year or two to really hit their stride.

Sounds like Josh Sitton’s ribs injury isn’t too bad. John Fox says he’s “doing well.” Injury report later today will tell more.

Long-Whitehair-Sitton would make a big difference in our running game. Even with that noodle armed giraffe under center.

It's certainly better than Whitehair playing all the positions along with the guy backing up the backup tackle who got injured after replacing the injured backup guard who was in because both our starting guards are hurt.

Kiiiiind of hope Long doesn't play Sunday, so that he can go Thursday vs the Packers and then have 9-10 days of rest before it's Trubisky-Time

I'm right there with you! TRU time is close, I can feel it.

I just don't see how the Bears wins this game. I think this one will get out of hand like the TB game did.

It would be less disturbing to watch UOK do a pole dance, than it will be to watch this game.
Trubisky will be playing by halftime.
