Irsay still probably going to fuck this up, but man is that move long overdue.

"Unwarranted Arrogance" just ran into a brick wall called karma.

Grigson is one of those arrogant, smarter than everyone in the room meat heads types . Being a former O lineman himself, how does he drafta franchise QB and then not protect that prized posession? He was terrible at the draft and FA. Irsay should have never hired that bafoon!
All that said, being a Bears fan and living in Indy, it's quite gratifying to watch the Colts fall from the top. And Indy fans are about as soft as they come.

it's just such an absurd situation. the nfl is pretty bad these days as far as overall quality is concerned, and such a large part of that is bad qb play. atleast half the league is out of contention because of bad qb play right off the bat, so imagine having a guy who's got all the tools and all the drive to be a hall of famer, and then just failing as miserably as the colts are at putting a team around him. THAT'S THE RELATIVELY EASY PART.
i am transfixed watching this train wreck.

"I wouldn't take him for a conditional 7th. His next contract will pay him more than he could possibly contribute.".
