This makes less sense than hiring Ditka and letting him trade all your draft picks for a running back.

there we rumours that they were secretly vetting candidates for gm for weeks. i guess they were true.

IMO, Jackson will still be fired.

They're letting Brown evaluate the entire scope of the situation with the team. That's why he was brought in with a month left.

I like Jackson and if he and Dorsey form a relationship and can work together, I'm betting the Browns start making a decent splash in 2 years.
