Anyone Finding a Team that They'll Pull for in the Playoffs?

I enjoy watching the Jags defense, a lot. Reminds me of our units from a decade ago. I think they actually stand the best chance of knocking off the Pats in the post-season, followed by the Chargers (if they should get in). The way Bortles has come on is also inspiring for their chances. Speaking of the Chargers, I've always like Rivers and seeing him get a shot at a ring would be nice.

Both are also kind of underdog stories, especially the Jags.

In the NFC? Meh... I guess the Rams is a cool story. Hard to dislike McVay. Him and Goff having this kind of a season somewhat gives us hope that Trubisky can burst onto the scene next year.

I've also never had a problem with Brees/Payton in New Orleans. Kamara is unbelievable to watch.

What I do find interesting about the NFC, is that there really is not a favorite following the Wentz injury. Even before that, it was extremely tight between all of the playoff teams.

Unlike the AFC, who doesn't even have enough teams to field a good 6 team tournament. The NFC likely could field an 8 team tournament, which would be competitive from top to bottom. Any of the combination of six teams that get in, could get hot and take the conference. IMO. Outside of Detroit, who actually has two easy games to finish the season and could totally limp in. With ATL/NO/CAR all facing each other, along with DAL/SEA.

I like Tomlin... I just think he is a downright poor head coach.

He's been handcuffing that team this entire decade, IMO. Still getting a free pass because of his initial SB win, with a loaded team from the Cowher era.

Never seen a team more consistently unprepared, and playing down to inferior opponents. Every year, the same damn story. Then, they can't just "turn it on" in the post-season against the New England's of the world, what a shocker...

Pittsburgh. Always have liked the way the play from back in the 70s. A much better version of what the Bears should be.

KC is another team that I have liked to watch. They don't stand a chance, they shot their wad at the beginning of the season.

Anyone but the Packers (not in), Raiders and Cowboys.

i didnt think of this initially, but drew magary pointed out the other day that a vikes/bills superbowl is in play and that the universe would probably collapse upon itself if that happened.

Packers are just as out as the Bears, and that makes me very happy.

I would like to see Buffalo do well. Tyrod Taylor is a local kid, and Sean McDermott is a fellow William and Mary alum.

Kinda cool that 2 NFL head coaches were teammates at W&M, even though I dislike Tomlin and the Steelers.

I was thinking the same thing staley. Rams were just a little too inexperienced and the Falcons seem to be on a mission.

I don't think I could handle all the sentimental cheeseball / meatball talk if the Vikings make it to the Super Bowl.

I was hoping to see Rams v either the Steelers or the Patriots. Now whoever makes it out of the NFC is fine, although the Eagles would be great if Flip is our next coach.

Ultimately I'd like to see the Steelers win the whole thing, but I'd be good with the Patriots again.

Anyone except Minny and the Pats. That would be a nightmare Super Bowl for me. Had hoped to see more from the Rams and Chiefs, but alas no.
