Well, it looks like the Browns are now actively trying to trade Brock Lobster. So Kessler should make the team.

They have been trying to trade him since 2 minutes after they acquired him.

Am I the only one who thinks it's scary that going 6/18 93 yards 1 int and a 28.2 QBR is considered best they have?

Well, it is the browns.

But I think they are a step up over the Jets.

Christian Hackenberg could be the worst QB of all time.

I had high hopes that the kid would develop with competent NFL coaching (debatable if you look at the Jets), but woof.

Maybe they'd give the Bears a couple #2's for Glennon :)

Yes he got rid of the lower 3rd of his wind up. Which quickened his release drastically. His release point is closer to his ear too. He will never be special but can be very good.

Going to be weird not watching college QB all off season.

K. Hogan 20/37 140 1TD 3INT

There ain't no fixin' that franchise.

They should rename the top pick in the draft after the Browns, somehow.

Video comes out of Kizer at a bar into early Saturday morning (whatever), then he's benched again mid-game...for Kessler this time. The revolving door continues.

I know he's thrown 11 picks to 3 TDs, but the Browns aren't winning anything this season, so I'm not sure why Hugh doesn't just leave one guy in and stick with it.

God the Browns are a mess.

Hogan will never step onto an NFL field in a regular season game again. That is how unbelievably terrible he looked.

I’ve watched every snap of his past 4 games, and while he still makes the occasional bone head play, he’s shown many flashes of brilliance. It all started at Detroit, where he looked like MVP Cam Newton for most of the game. All this in spite of the Browns WR’s dropping four 20+ yard passes a game and him getting drilled on every other drop back.

Agreed, too early to judge a kid during his 1st season. He's shown some promise for sure.

I think the best thing that could happen to Kizer is for a vet to come in and take some pressure off of him. Whether that’s Alex Smith or Eli Manning or whoever. If he could sit for a year or two and learn from said guy, I think he’d be an above average starting QB.

Dude has a shit ton of talent. That’s never been in question. He needs to learn how to approach the game and be a professional.

In other words, he's a lot like Cutler... or exactly like Cutler...
