when it was announced the Bears had traded up 1 spot, I was confused ... but then I reasoned "ah - they wanted the #2 pick to be able to trade down and get more than they were offered for the #3" ... and as convoluted as that may have been, it could have / would have made sense

Looking at your tie breaking procedure, I believe that I take it with 2 correct picks in the 20-32 range after neither of us got any picks right in the 10-20 range. I follow the draft as close as anyone. I believe Rock is a cheater, or he is sleeping with some GMs wife. Good job either way Rock. Me and my 3 points will be headed to the losers corner.
