So this is one of those picks that I know very little about, but as I watch, read and listen...he's going to be fun to watch. Everyone seems to love him and rave about him. He's super short, but everyone thinks he can be productive in a niche role at the NFL level. He seems electric and very productive. Third down, returner, etc... I don't know enough about him to love it or hate it. So, I'll give Pace the benefit of the doubt.

Because he's not going to be asked to carry a load like Wolfe was asked to do. Hopefully.RING4CHI wrote:Tell me why this guy isn't going to be just another Garrett Wolfe.

I was thinking TJ Logan somewhere in this round, but this guys just like a smaller version. I dig it.

Yes but, it's not that impressive. Due to his size he was restricted to the kiddie pool.HisRoyalSweetness wrote:Impressive MoFugger... but can he jump out of a swimming pool?

He gives us the speed element from the RB position which we currently don't have much of.

Because we don't run him up the gut against 2 DLs when pinned at our goal lineRING4CHI wrote:Tell me why this guy isn't going to be just another Garrett Wolfe.

Isn't Cunningham supposed to be that guy? Seems like an every down capable backup for Howard would've been a better choiceDaSuperfan wrote:He gives us the speed element from the RB position which we currently don't have much of.

He has not only made the team....Otis Day wrote:This guy has to make the team first. Slow down fellas, he's just a draft pick. 2017 Jarron Gilbert, minus the pool.
Darren Sproles clone?
He has won my heart.

With only 5 picks, I'm pretty sure they all make the team. (Though maybe Jackson's on the PUP)

I don't hate this draft...although I do wish they'd picked up a DE/pass rusher and an OT.

I do. In five picks we got 4 "not ready for prime time players" and a teeny little super guy.wab wrote:I don't hate this draft...although I do wish they'd picked up a DE/pass rusher and an OT.
This might be a great draft come 2018, but it accomplishes virtually nothing for this year.

Well, considering Fox is a lame duck, this draft makes perfect sense.Mr.Irrelevant wrote:I do. In five picks we got 4 "not ready for prime time players" and a teeny little super guy.wab wrote:I don't hate this draft...although I do wish they'd picked up a DE/pass rusher and an OT.

Which isn't that big o'deal, considering we are going into this season with the wrong head coach, the wrong defensive coordinator, the wrong QB, and don't even get me started on the schedule.Mr.Irrelevant wrote:I do.
