I would make a play for Allen Robinson in FA. He won't be as expensive coming off an ACL injury - yes, I know it's a risk. But honestly, when healthy - he's a true #1 IMO. He might be worth the risk.
Robinson, Meredith, Inman, White, Wright would be fine...maybe add a speedster in the draft at some point.
