Strengths Is a huge vertical threat. Has excellent deep speed. Will get over the top of defenders in man-coverage and shows the ability to separate and track down the ball in the air. Consistency catching the football has improved. Showed much better concentration and focus. Has big, soft hands. Adjusts to the poorly thrown ball very well. Can catch over his head and makes a lot of acrobatic catches in the vertical passing game. Shows the ability to pluck on the run and does a good job of "snatching" the ball before it gets into his pads. Is more explosive as a vertical route runner than he is after the catch, but he is still a homerun threat with the ball in his hands. He is extremely fast and can out-run DB's when he gets into a foot-race. He shows good vision and does a nice job of cutting back against the grain. If he gets a crease he's gone thanks to his excellent second-gear in the open field. He actually works pretty hard as a blocker and gives a good effort. Has excellent experience coming from a run-first offensive scheme. Gets good positioning, has long arms to lock-on and shows good leverage. Only concern is his lack of ideal bulk and strength. He doesn't have a great base and he doesn't show a lot of pop at the POA. Occasionally has trouble sustaining.

Weaknesses Not a finished product yet and will need some time to develop. Need to refine his intermediate route running skills. He shows the burst, speed, athletic ability and body control to develop into a fine route runner but he needs to be more consistent and crisp. He has a tendency to round routes off. Will get lazy at times and doesn't always work as hard as he should as a backside receiver. Needs to learn more subtle moves vs. man-coverage and his overall recognition skills are just decent versus zone-coverage. Had some problems with drops early in his career but was automatic as a junior. If he remains focused he can be very reliable catching the ball but there is some concern that he could revert to inconsistent ways in the NFL. Is not overly elusive and won't "shake" defenders in space. Got away with natural speed and burst at the collegiate level but will need to become more proficient with moves in the NFL. He has adequate-to-good size and great speed to drive DB's off the LOS. His problem, however, is that he lacks great strength. He has some trouble vs. bigger, more physical DB's that get into a shoving match with him. He needs to improve his array of moves and do a better job of using his arms to "swim" and "club" through press coverage.
_______ is not a finished product. He still needs to improve as an intermediate route runner and he must also improve his overall bulk and strength in order to hold up in the NFL. However, he has rare athletic ability, adequate-to-good height, excellent speed and loads of playmaking potential. He's an absolute threat as a vertical route runner and he shows the upside to develop into a premier No. 1 wide receiver in the NFL. _____ should be the third WR taken.

Any guesses?

*Ding!*

When I first read it the description screamed DHB to me so I thought I'd provide what scouts.inc were saying/raving about the guy.
