Favorite Breakfast when you go out?

I like Moons over my Hammy at Dennies.

I'm a sucker for pancakes from pretty much anywhere. Frozen waffles are always a treat, but most days I either make over easy eggs and toast or a bowl of whatever cereal.

Biscuits and gravy is obviously also good, and you can't go wrong with hashbrowns.

When I go out its a veggie omelette with whole grain toast.

At home I fix steel cut oats with two egg whites cooked in them, then dumped in a bowl on top of a cut up banana, raisins, pecans & cinnamon. Nonfat milk, no sugar.

It helps to take the buckshot out. Otherwise they're too crunchy.

depends on where I go out to ... I generally like to go with the breakfast specialties of the establishment

used to have a nice Tex Mex breakfast place, but they have now given up on breakfast ... lunch and dinner only ... which sucks because their chorizo and cheese omelettes were awesome

When I was little my dad used to fix what he called a "Spanish omelette" - I don't remember what was in it but at the time I didn't like it - no doubt because of my finicky kiddy tastes. So he would make me a "kids omelette", with homemade strawberry jam or something like that in it. Works pretty good if you've got a picky eater type of kid - at least they get some protein with their sugar.

I used to be all about the omelet. Any meat, cheese and veggie combo you could think of...just wanted something different. But just got tired of them.

Depends on where I go out:

Random Diner: Sunny side up eggs, hash browns or home fries and bacon. Add on a side of fruit
A Specific Family Place By Me: They have these specialty breakfast sandwiches. Fresh baked hard role with any meat with any kind of melted cheese and 2 eggs and it comes with choice of potato...YUM!

Just don't go to Perkins or Denny's because I prefer to buy my food and not just rent it for an hour...

3 egg white omelet, cheddar cheese, turkey Italian sausage laying on top of some whole wheat or oatmeal toast.

Frozen waffles kick ass as well.

Out for breakfast, in my little burg I only go to Steak n Shake and get the cheddar sausage scrambler (eggs, sausage, hasbrowns and cheddar cheese).
