Silvy asked BMarsh on Monday and the response was something like "man I hope so! we need something!" So obviously nothing set in stone. I took that to be a bad sign. I wanted him to be like "yeah he's been crushing our dbs at practice and dying for the IR policy to let him back on the field".

Edit for blurb from Biggs yesterday:
General manager Phil Emery seemed to indicate Wilson could begin practicing as soon as Monday when the Bears get back to work at Halas Hall. When Wilson does return to practice, it will begin a three-week window for the team to evaluate him and make a decision on whether to promote him to the 53-man roster or shut him down for the season. The Bears will be able to activate Wilson at any point during that three-week window.

He might be activated off the IR, but I doubt he'll be activated for the game.

Honestly, at this point I have no expectations for Wilson to come out and do anything this year and neither should you. The guy is a borderline boom or bust WR prospect, drafted in the 7th round, and has a total of one NFL catch for ten yards thus far.
