yes on some plays White was open and Glennon with bad reads. But on two mention plays.
why did White slip? I not saw any/many players slip.

A big if the LB did touch the ball it had no effect. Pass from Glennon had already an end over end spin. White did not have one hand under the ball.

You must not have watched the game. Slipping happened commonly for both teams. That's characteristic of Soldier Field going back years.
