So what give this year?

Do we have rookie mini-camp or not?

What about other off-season stuff before training camp? Seems like the Bears players voted to NOT attend anything. If Fields wants to show up can he?

I don't want Fields starting unless he has shown he is better than Dalton. If he doesn't get every chance to soak up the playbook and display his talents, I don't know how he shows he should be starting.
