1st of all, Merry Christmas/Happy Hanukkah/Kickass Kwanzaa/Quiet-drunken-masturbation-while-sobbing-mas. Hope you and yours enjoy a snowy and happy time over the next couple weeks as we finish up this liquid shit diarrhea, a.k.a. Bears 2014 Season.
2nd of all, I want to personally thank you all for your making this message board a lively place all season long. This team has been awful, just awful, to the point of being unwatchable, and I wouldn't blame any fan for checking out early and finding new places to haunt. Yet day after day I check up on this place and there's a ton of very good discussion/debate/mostly-friendly-arguing taking place, which makes me proud to co-admin this website.
I know we're a bit of a small time gig, and may not offer the pop and sizzle of other sites with tons of contests and merchandise, but the membership here that has stood the test of time and our newer members have really solidified our little page as a great place to discuss the Chicago Bears.
Thanks for tolerating my inconsistent changes to the site and off-and-on delivery of daily news threads, and I hope we can look forward to a colorful offseason full of discussion and maybe building a dash of hope for whatever the 2015 edition of this team offers.
Happy Holidays & Thank You

No. Thank you and all of the other Mods. This site is one of the few forums I have EVER found that encourages honest, intelligent (most of the time) discussion, and does an excellent job of preventing arguments and disagreements from disintegrating into hate filled exchanges.
Thank you very much, and a happy holidays to everyone.
GO CUBS!!!!

don't sell yourself so short UOK ... ok, so you don't have bells and whistles, but you offer a stable environment for all of those discussions/arguments we have with each other
so thanks

Thanks to the mods for gathering a great group here and hosting discussion. It's so hard to find smart football fans, and even though this year was enough to drive a non-meatball to meatball, the convo has been largely un-meatbally.

Cheers from me as well UOK and everyone else.
Actually, fuck that. If you were a set of bastards I could have switched off from this season earlier. The mostly rational discussion and delayed descent to meatballery has kept me interested for longer than is good for my health.
Grrrr.

Merry Christmas to you all!!
This is a great place to come and discuss all things the Chicago Bears. You have given a fan from the UK somewhere to come hang discuss NFL and the bears and 'feel apart of it'.
Thanks

I don't have a metal pole but set up a wooden pole and put lights on it for my oldest son. He is a big Seinfeld fan. He got a kick out of it.
It's a Festivus for the rest of us.

Some of you bastards have been with me through two kids and a divorce. It's like we are friends or something.
Thanks UOK for taking care of the site and keeping us in line when the wheels come off. As I'm more of an observer and an inconsistent poster I enjoy the comments, knowledge and insight others provide. Being from out-of-town I look for substance when I spend my time on the board and it's consistently demonstrated here. The game day chat is most enjoyable and a real highlight when seeing the games. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone. Looking forward to a much improved 2015 season. In the meantime, Go Hawks!
I stand alone.
