Re: Running Backs - where do we go

I'm an Omarion Hampton fan. His stock is all over the place though.

I don't know what it is, I see a heavy dose of 'meh'.

Like nothing he does feels special to me.

Hampton is very good. I mean, you'd rather see his numbers against the SEC versus the ACC, but then you'd rather see Ashton ...

I actually think Campbell is one of the very few, legit OT's in this draft, and probably the only true LT of the bunch.
Josh Simmons, if healthy, is OT1 in my book.
Yup.

What about the C from Green Bay? He’s young and a fair chance he will be available

I liked Josh Myers well enough coming out of Ohio St in 2019 – in the draft, he was a decent NFL athlete who needed work on his pass blocking. It's still the weakest part of his game, but the Bears could do (and ...

Scanning the potential free agents, the WR group looks awful. 😢

Two to keep an eye on could be Tim Patrick who played for Johnson in Detroit last season and Marquez Valdes-Scantling who started the year in Buffalo before joining the Saints mid-season, although there's no real crossover with ...

I agree with this.

I don't agree with this at all. Especially in a running back class this deep, with some good options that will most likely stretch into Day 3.

I do give Mykel Williams a pass though... he was hurt most of the season.

The numbers are full career, though

He makes me nervous.
I think he's going to require a very high pick, just for "potential".

This is my take as well.

I do think Membou fits better at guard, but I think he's solidly in the type of prospects Poles has regularly sought out …
This is not to be confused with Marcus Mbow , who The Draft Network sees as the best thing since sliced bread …

Short fat offensive lineman are not in Poles’ wheelhouse

I read him as; 6' 3 7/8"/314lbs. Not exactly short or fat. He's seen as being very athletic w/34" arm length. Good enough to play OT but will more likely play at OG or RT.

He's the same size as Josh Conerly Jr whom it's been reported ...

Interesting chart, thanks for the share.

There's an argument to be made that Umanmielen – and to a lesser extent Carter – benefited from their loaded teams. But you have to capitalize on those opportunities too.

Dalman being the "BEST CENTER" is a function of best center on FA....and that FA often resembles a Bar near closing time and GMs being Sailors on 48 hour Shore Leave.

You can't start two rookie Guards man, that's a bad idea IMO. If we miss on Trey Smith, go get Fries or Zeitler or someone like that.

That's fine as a Plan B.

But - it could be that Smith is retained, then the second tier of Gs gets bid through the roof, like McGlinchey.
