The Bears are interviewing Arthur Smith, Steelers OC. Smith was pretty good as the Titans and Steelers OC, not so good as the Falcons HC although they didn't have a lot of talent.

Jerry Jones has requested an interview with Kellen Moore, OC of the Eagles and former Cowboys OC. Since he didn't virtually interview Moore yet, he has to wait until after the Eagles are eliminated from the playoffs or after the NFC championship game if they win to interview him.

It's my understanding that the caps are more to reduce cumulative effect of small impacts which is why I'm thinking oline (crashing every play) rather than skill players who take big shots occasionally.

The Colts will be playing a 2025 game at Olympic Stadium in Berlin in 2025, becoming the first NFL team to play a regular season game there. They will give up one home game for this. Their opponent will be announced when the schedule is released in May:

The Bears interviewed Vrabel, Carroll, and Brown virtually rather than in person. They supposedly want to bring in McCarthy for a face to face including dinner out. I'm assuming they'll fly him in first class or private jet.

He's going to be expensive though and he's struggled with injuries. But... I think the perception that you are upgrading isn't necessarily the reality (if you believe PFF).

So it might be the issue of Kevin Warren that potentially concerns HC candidates. He has a modus well known from previous jobs of being heavy handed and people might be leery of him interfering in the football operations.
