Re: Jay Cutler was very good...but...
IF you think about after going 1-10 with 1 int in the first few minute of the game. Jay went 20-25 and for 300 yards with 2 TDs for the rest of the game. Thats really good....

Paea has to be ready. We really really need that inside rotation.

Re: Jaguars Board???
For a few kicks, you guys might wanna check out the Jaguars message board. It seems some 19 of the old cbmb members had a hard time finding a new home, so they made their home on Jacksonville's MB. The damnedest thing is.....the Jags fans are actually talking Bears football with them. Not like jag ...

Agreed. To many RBs and to many FBs on the team. We got TEs that can do FB's job. I don't think clutts is making the team either.hampto the hunted wrote:agreedUOK wrote: There's not going to be a "next time," Harvey.
Bears have to cut 37 players by Monday's deadline. Unga will be among them.

Re: Introduce Yourself!
Thanks Irish! We have a dark theme (home) and light theme (away) in your profile settings, so feel free to adjust as you will. Welcome! thanks for this info, the home theme is definitely way more easy to read then the CBMB but the away theme is perfect for my old crappy eyes  Nice seening...

Re: The Tackles: Williams vs. Webb (now with a twist!)
I agree. Louis and Williams were very nice and athletic pulling. Maybe they will shove williams into a guard spot after couple of games if spencer sucks it up. Weird part is Spencer did well last year at RG when Louis went to RT.

Looking for a team
I wanna get into a team where members are actually active. Anyone got a team that needs a member? With no weird rules lol.

Re: The Tackles: Williams vs. Webb (now with a twist!)
I wonder is spencer will keep sucking it up as the Left Guard. Williams can be moved back inside and maybe have Brown as the swing tackle. Still believe brown is probably the future LT. I would prefer to see CW starting at LG rather then ridding the bench. I know the coaching staff has stated that ...

Re: The Tackles: Williams vs. Webb (now with a twist!)
What drives me crazy is that Williams wasn't a bad guard at all! He wasn't GREAT or anything, but he was taking strides at a position for the first time in his career, so what do they do? They move him back to tackle and sign some scrap-heap guards to fill out the roster. Dammit. I wonder is spence...

Re: The Tackles: Williams vs. Webb (now with a twist!)
Problem is that Webb still has room to improve and only had 1 full year of been a LT. We have seen chris williams been moved around and loos to Omiyale. How much more can he change? But I just hope the best guys wins. Williams looked good at LT BUT was he in there before Orakpo was hurt or after? T...

Re: The Tackles: Williams vs. Webb (now with a twist!)
Williams and Webb had about the same quality of game vs. Washington with fairly equal reps (I believe) and Webb hasn't lost his job yet so that's a testament to his turnaround. I don't have the game tape in front of me to check, but I think Webb only saw Orakpo for a few plays...didn't he hurt hims...
