Re: Preseason 2 // Bears @ Colts

At this point Walker should be cut. He's been awful every time seen him Give the dude some time to ramp up after his injury, eh? My big worry is that he's only really been effective from the inside, but it's not like he's had a chance to show his best stuff yet. He's had multiple games now with 1 i...

I feel if Walker continues to struggle as he has in camp, just throw Bagent out there against same competition and see how he fares. If he plays well then following week Walker and Peterman can fight for the 3rd spot

Loved Monty while here, but honestly we can draft his replacement. Even the bigger backs were faster at combine this year.

Re: Official: Bears trade 1st ovr pick to Panthers for WR DJ Moore & multiple future 1st rounders

Great trade for all involved. Sure seems like we got the better deal of the two for a change as well. Still think we might trade back one more time to the 12-15 range and pick up a 2nd. Fields now has imo a good 1-3 punch in WRs with Kmet at TE. Now Mooney will have more room in the slot, Claypool t...

Re: CBS Sports: Top 25 Possible Free Agents

I'm still all in on Dre'Mont Jones, but would be perfectly happy with Payne (obviously). Then trade down from 1 to 3 with the Colts (they move up to 3 if they lose) and take Anderson. I had to double check the timestamp on your post... how in the literal fuck did you know we'd have the #1 pick!? Th...

I can't imagine he will be offered any HC job. WRs he brought in to help run his system have been disappointing to say the least. Maybe in a few more years but can't see it after this one.

Re: Justin Fields - Separated Left Shoulder - Now What?

I'd have to think the running QB scheme goes by the wayside with Siemian playing. Might be good for the kid to "sit and watch" and if he comes back the final four weeks, keep that approach and see how he does. Assuming Siemian is at least adequate, I think having a more experienced, 'conv...

Re: Herbert vs Montgomery...who should start?

I think with both able pass catchers/runners we should do more 2 back packages and send one or both in motion. The mismatches we could make with that would be pretty good imo. I’d have to look at the splits, but IIRC they were both on the field together a ton against the Pats. Yes I do remember see...

Fields is looking like a bust every week. This was the 27th passing defense and he should've been way better than what he did. Missing open receivers and throwing to multi covered ones.

Sounds like he's counting on EJax to be a difference-maker on the D. He may have some good tape but I'm not confident he's the guy in the future. Since he signed the big $$ contract he's not put up the numbers. Hope a change in staff will help. To be fair to Jax, Nagy played him out of position at ...

Lol the experimental vaccine doesn't even work. I don't blame him for not taking it. The risk/ reward is pointless. They literally CHANGED the definition of immunized for this experimental vaccine.

I'm glad I haven't been watching football in over a year, but I was excited when I heard Fields starting last week. That was until I read how horribly Nagy used him, which screamed Trubisky all over again. I believe Lions win if Nagy calls plays, but Bears win if Lazor takes over. As of now I'm pred...
