That’s said, the coach still needs wins to ensure his own job going into 24. The GM likely understands he can’t interfere with that evaluation right now by benching players.

It was a bad drop.
What was also bad was the 3 and out when we got the ball back with 3:18 and the game tied.
A 58-year-old Joe Flacco can stand in the face of pressure and deliver a victory, but our guy?

I agree he didn't get a ton of help today.
Still, at some point you want the QB to be the reason you're winning games. Not a guy you have to make excuses for.

I just really hope that eking out 6 or 7 wins isn't enough to bring back Eberflus and company.
