Interesting to note that Reich inherited Eberflus and several of the defensive assistants when he took the job - so it isn't that unusual that give the opportunity he'd look to bring in his own DC and defensive staff.

At least this dude has a little bit of experience. He was a long time Tony Dungy assistant.
