He may turn them around a little, but I don't expect great things to happen in FL just because he took the job. They will sell more tickets, acquire more vets, win a few more games, may make the playoffs more than they miss, but there will be no big magic.

I think he will do a fine job changing the culture and getting a solid foundation in place ... I expect his first year to be kind of disruptive as things get reorganized, but his second year should yield positive measurable results
