Glad that damn series is over. Freaking Wild play some hellish D. Tough effin series man and I think it only helps the Hawks down the line.

Kaner is money!! As is Crow.

Crawford was amazing last nite. Multiple breakaways stopped, including back-to-back at point blank range. He got some lucky bounces, but was on fire.

Nice game. I thought they would have advantage in this game for sure since LA had little rest. 2nd period still seems to be a trouble spot for the Hawks. Crow continues his above avg play.

Above avg?

He's playing like the best goalie in the game. GAA and Save % are tops in the playoffs.

If giving up one goal in a game is above average, then you're expecting a shutout every game.

I am as superstitious as they get. Wore my Hossa jersey for the last part of Blues series and the when they lost first time against Minny, in the drawer it went. Changed to 2010 Black Stanley Cup shirt and they have won 3 in a row.

So the Hawks went up 2-0, I started watching the game, they give up 4 goals. FML.

I turned off the game.... didn't help, they lost 6-2. I cant do anything right!

Q plays Regin, Brookbank, and Morin instead of Rozsival, Handzus, and Bollig on Monday or the series is over and my faith in Q is gone.

Doubtful Q sits all 3 of those vets for the younger guys. I can see Regin getting some ice time tonight but I don't see Morin getting any ice time in the playoffs.

Handzus was apparently demoted but not scratched (according to practice yesterday) and all power play lines were shaken up. I agree, Regin should be in there for Bollig but that's probably it.

I wasn't expecting the Blackhawks to win the Cup this season. Repeating is hard. But going out like this is ridiculous and inexcusable.

This is easily the worst defensively I've ever seen the Blackhawks. In the last few years even when the offense is shit the defense makes up for it. They're cardboard out there and it's pathetic.

Circa 2013 bears... minus the offense (at least in this game, passing and net presence is absolute ass)

Kings are showing they are the better team. It seems like they have 6-7 guys out on the ice playing. They are flying around and making shit happen.

I also was not thinking they could win the Cup, hard as hell to repeat in the NHL. But making 4 out of the last 6 conference finals is a helluva an accomplishment.

The D has been horrendous this series. The Hawks have met their match and Quick and the King D are just too much. Hawk fans have gotten spoiled.

If...if the Blackhawks can steal game 6, I'll expect them to take the series. They'd have game 7 in Chicago with the momentum.

Saad has been playing his ass off. He may be my MVP of this series. He is doing all the little things and the big things well. The SOB is just all over the place. I like what I am seeing out of Smith as well.

The D and Crow are going to have to play much, much better in LA if there is any hope for a W. Crow has to make some big stops. Hawks cannot give up 4 goals in LA and expect to win.

That 1st OT was some of the best hockey I have seen in a long time. Really appreciated the refs swallowing the whistles.

Versteeg should never play in the playoffs again. Healthy scratch all the way from here on out.

I agree. don't know if age has caught up to him or what. Doubt he will be seen. I don't recall seeing him in the second half of 2nd period thru the rest of the game. Regin it is.

Kane and Saad really upped their games in game 5 ... everyone else needs to follow suit to ensure they take game 6

the Kings do not suck, so I was not expecting the Blackhawks to simply roll through them like shit through a goose ... I did expect them to stay with the Kings though and not go down 3 games to 1

tonight, in Los Angeles ... gotta put it to them
