In E06 of the BFO Podcast, Chris and I talk about Tanner Gentry exclusively.

Just kiddin'.

Great show as always.

I would love to think that the Bears will win. But there just too many new pieces to this team, I.e. offense, WR’s, Smith, Mack, etc.

One thing that was discussed I concur with completely is the situation at LG and secondarily at OC.

Kush did play reasonably well in 2016 prior to his injury but he's looked slower and been less effective throughout the preseason and the Cincy game was only one example. Whether his injury is still and issue or he's simply "rusty" makes little difference. I no longer see him as a quality starter.

Despite Daniels inexperience he still appears to be a more natural OC and Whitehair a more natural OG. Daniels was a top ranked OC in college and if Whitehair could manage the OL at OC as a rookie then I'm sure Daniels can as well.

IMHO is might have been far better to have kept Daniels at OC throughout the preseason giving him as many reps as possible and done the same with Whitehair at LG having Kush work as a backup to both. I believe that's the way it will end up eventually anyway with each playing to his strengths.

Most likely. I’ll take the blame for this one.

Great podcast. Gotta say, I listed to another Bears podcast after yours and despite them being around for 4 years, I thought the quality of production was definitely higher on your end. Can't wait for the next one. Long live Tanner Gentry!

Thanks Xee!

I make up for my general, unimpressive Bears thoughts by being able to master audio quite well.

Your audio skills are indeed impressive.
Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

Go back to leather helmets, NFL.

Really impressive. Where'd you learn how to do that? Is it part kit or all skill?

Hours and hours in the radio production studio in college, tons of years at home doing audio stuff on my own time, making music, recording podcasts, and learning new stuff each go.

We were a top 10 defense last year and over the past 7 seasons his defenses have averaged 10th overall in points allowed.

People are acting like Aaron Rodgers doesn't do this to everyone. The Bears defense did things to the Packers that are rarely done. They just need to close out games and sustain drives.

She has been tainted by the foul seed of Rodgers. Attraction privileges revoked.

^ I think Danica is a Bears fan, if I'm not mistaken. Tight little body on her too -- I'd wreck it :D

I ..... do not find her attractive. I never have and I don't know why? I think it might be because she reminds my of a super bitchy neighbor I had when I was in college.

We have Khalil Mack for the next six years, four minimum.

Watching the Raiders defense in 2017, Mack was the dominant force, by far. Yet despite that, he was still an All-Pro, and DPOY. Without acting too greedy, what is he with Hicks, Goldman, RRH and Floyd? Taking the GB game in to account, I would say, a whole lot more. Is it possible that the NFL hasn't seen the total potential of Khalil Mack, BECAUSE he was with the Raiders? And with the Bears he will be even more devastating than what we have seen to date?
