I haven't even been to bed yet (I work at a bar). So I'm gona take a little nap and wake up to place some bets at the casino. Not really sure if I'm gona get any sleep because I'm totally stoked over the Bears kickoff game.

It's been a long time since I have been this excited over the Bears because they show that they are headed in the right directing in all aspects. Front office, Coaching, players. Everything. Maybe it's because it's what in my mind (I) would do. But it all just makes sense to me.

I am just anxious to see what will happen tonight. I don't even care if they win or not. If they play a good competitive game it's enough for me. I just want to see Trubisky have a solid game (even if there is one or two mistakes), I just want to see more good than bad. I want to see this defense make one or two big plays where we say WoW! I want to see potential. Period. I want to see something to build on for the rest of the season.

I know it's only the first game of the season. But this could be a turning point not just for this season, but for the franchise. It won't require a win to do so. We just need to see a competitive game. If they happen to win a big game like this in Green Bay? Well we will have to find a way to pump the freaking breaks!

Here is to football on sundays again boys! Did I mention I feel like a little kid on xmas? :)

I'd much rather be doing this in regards to a noon kickoff, but come 7pm or so I'll be jacked.

Yeah Christmas when your favorite toy breaks and your dad gets drunk and knocks over the tree.

The Bears were in a giving mood.

Thanks. I needed a smile today.
Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

Go back to leather helmets, NFL.
