I remember that you were VERY excited about the prospect of getting Mack. Those concerned about the cost of the trade had realistic concerns, that have now been shattered into a million pieces.EricTighe wrote:No need for me to beat a dead horse.

Didn't know where to put this, so I'm sticking it here.

That's ridiculous that Biscuit is in the same zip code as Mack here. An unquestionably average (or less) QB vs. the clear DPOY???wab wrote:Didn't know where to put this, so I'm sticking it here.

Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

That really doesn't make any sense. Now if Biscuits completely balls out vs. the Fins, and puts up another five TD's and no INT's, then out duels Brady. Then we can begin that discussion.wab wrote:Didn't know where to put this, so I'm sticking it here.

However...if Nagy isn't already atop the leaderboard for Coach of the Year, then there's a problem.

MVP should really be Mack in a runaway. With maybe Mahomes a distant second.

To me. A house, or living space can say A LOT about a person. In an era where wealthy athletes are buying $30M 25 bedroom mega-mansions. This new house that Khalil Mack bought in Glencoe, confirms what Vic Fangio said; "There isn't an ounce of prima donna in him..." It's kind of reassuring.
Mack's House
Keep in mind these are the new digs of the highest paid defensive player in NFL history. Makes me smile. (I'm jealous as hell over the wine room though.)

This is the exact reason why the odds makers can put Trubinski & Mack neck and neck for league MVP.Otis Day wrote:Unfortunately MVP is geared towards QBs so if Mack, Goff and Mahomes keep up what they are doing, Mahomes or Goff will get it.
Itll most likely take a record breaking sack season (unfortunately) to get Mack in serious contention for MVP.

Who is Trubinski? Did we trade for that guy? That name sounds a lot like our QB Trubisky.
