This is awesome! Between this, giving Zach Miller a contract, and even Club Dub after wins, the culture Nagy and Pace building is what we need as a team. Players follow stuff like this and will help the team in the future.

I saw the video clip the Bears put out on Twitter... it was beautiful. Damn near brought a tear to my eye.
