How awesome is that?!? Weren't the odds before preseason something like 200-1? Does anybody remember? Seems like I recall somebody posting that they took the Bears winning it all bet in Vegas. If so, please remind us what odds you got.

Looks like we started at 100-1 and as of Tuesday espn had us at 14-1. But yea thats awesome!

But so many numbers get thrown around, like, this website has us at 16/1 with 8/1 odds to win nfcc.

Yes, they 100-1 at the beginning of the season, BEFORE we signed Mack. Once we signed him, our odds instantly went to 40-1. Shows you what Vegas thinks of the impact of an elite pass rusher. I'd say they were spot on. Mack has transformed this defense.

Mack and Hicks are the clear leaders on that defense...and that's a REALLY good thing.

That Hicks Mic'd up video was awesome. I had no idea how much of a leader that guy is on the field. I also love to see a guy on an NFL field talking smack and fearing nobody. You have to be a pretty bad ass mofo to pull that off.

The part where he was chirping at the Lions, "Tell your boy that!" reminded me of the Singletary "I like this kinda party!".... good old fashioned shit talking by dudes who will now be expected to back it up. I love it.
