There's 7.4M left...but I have 4 roster spots left to fill, which is 3-4M, at least.
Also, you need cap space left over for injuries & midseason replacements, plus late-season extensions with signing bonuses.

I think Long has a shot to stay but probably only if he restructures.

Sims is gone, Callahan will be too expensive, probably 8 million.

Massie will be gone unless he stays cheap but the one thing good about a mobile QB is they can mask some deficiencies in blocking.
