Ryan Pace earned this one, no matter what the internet says. If he can maintain his performance up against the cap for the next few years, he'll win a few more of these awards as well.

No brainer of all no brainers.
Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

It's weird and unsettling to see all these Bears folks winning these big time awards. Is this what it feels like to be...good?

The last time a member of the Bears won exec of the year was in 1985. So I’d venture to say it’s never happened.GSH wrote:anyone know when the last time was or even if the bears staff won exec, hc and asst coach of the year all in the same year? cant happen that often to any team to sweep all 3

I'll take it
as a long time Bears fan with the scars to prove it, this is a refreshing change

This was a great read. The article talks about how Pace is restocking draft choices after the Mack trade. It also compares how Angelo handled draft choices after the Cutler trade to what Pace is doing now.
We have 10 draft picks in 2020 right now. Two of those are second rounders. We also have 4th and 5th round comp picks for Amos and Callahan. I can't imagine that we keep all ten, but it's a great position to be in.
