now that the AAF has folded, the players who made a name for themselves in the league are now available as free agents ... and one of the guys who seemed to play above the competition every time I saw him was DE Karter Schult of the Salt Lake Stallions
he is undersized for a true DE at 6'3 and 245, but he is big enough and quick enough to be an edge rushing specialist ... and I would like the Bears to be the first to give him a shot
Ryan Pace made a statement once when drafting Adam Shaheen that what separated him even as a Division II player was his ability to dominate at the lower level ... Schult did that playing high end defense in the AAF
