Major tip of the hat to most everyone who participated. I'm stunned that this got done in 8 days. I predicted it would take at least 3 weeks. Great job most everyone who were either sending in proxy lists or constantly monitoring the thread and being prepared to pick. I wonder exactly how many played it like I did and were just ready to go (and didn't do enough work at work this week)?

And of course, major kudos to UOK. This draft was pretty much his life for 8 days. And wab too, who looked like he jumped in for some administrative work at the end. Thank you, gents!

A big thanks to everyone who worked hard on this. It was a much bigger project than I know I imagined and I know some of you guys (no names) spent a lot of time making this run smoothly and quickly.

As everyone has said much more eloquently than I could. Thank you to UOK for putting up with us, and organizing this. Lots of fun. I learned a lot about players I’ve never heard of.

It was a blast. Kind of hard to keep up with, so many moving parts and all, but I think it was a terrific way to relive some careers of forgotten players, appreciate the long, LONG history of this team, and break one another's balls all in the same breath.

This was a blast, my wife said she wishes she could do the same but with trashy reality TV stars instead
