I'm insanely curious, because I could use a good laugh.
Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

Go back to leather helmets, NFL.

I think this suggestion to "fix" the bears offense is on par with using a hot poker to "fix" your hemorrhoids.

Or like fixing a shotgun wound with a band-aid, LOL!

Well, that may depend on the distance away the shotgun was, lol.

I caught a pellet in the back of the head from about 100 yards out pheasant hunting. Squeeze out the pellet, dab of superglue and back to the hunt (after an ass chewing for the basterd that got me). I knew it was coming as I saw the pheasant coming at me and turned my back to it as I saw the guy pull up. Always hated hunting with out of state guys. They were always too jacked up and excited, not understanding there was going to be hundreds of birds over the course of the day.

That was just a peppering.

Now the guy that Dick Cheney got, he got freaking shot. No bandaid or superglue fixing that one.

strictly from a numbers standpoint trading Trubisky would save us 4,423,967 off his cap hit of $9,237,591, but we'd still carry $4,813,624 in dead cap. Foles probably won't get moved this year strictly from a numbers standpoint. If he's cut he carries 33,875,000 in dead cap. Trading him reduces that number to 18,750,000 dead cap, but the team picking him up inherits 15,875,000 yr 1; 20,625,000 yr 2; and 20,750,000 yr 3.

Pace could make it work, especially if we traded Leonard Floyd to soften the salary cap hit, but it's a hard pass for me.
I will kill you if you cut me at the knees. You will drink with me when invited and stay til I say so. We only listen to American Music. I make men nervous with just my presence. I expect an apology if you hold. I throw linemen at QB's. Believe the Lore!
