Now this is a really good signing! In fact, I like this better than Ha Ha last year as he's a bigger (6-1/212) in the box presence who is really good against the run. I was surprised to see he has 23 picks in this career.
I liked him a lot when he signed with the Jags.

And brother of 5th rounder Trevis Gipson!
(Not really. Couldn't resist.)
Good to see you, LT2!

Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

I liked him once upon a time; hopefully his wrist and back are healed...

Nobody wanted to see KPL and Kwit starting either in the middle. In Pace we trust, when it comes to defensive depth.

Hey Fiver ! Long time eh? Nice to see your continued existence. I've seen multiple KFFLers on here. Feeling a bit n00bish.
Now it's the part in the quarantine where I watch cartoons on Disney+

I like this as depth but I'm less excited about him as a possible starter

Good to see my Billy and The Boingers fan club member again.
We are a hell of a D to regain value for vets.
Like the signing. Sounds like $3.5 mil (minus whatever we pay him) is on the hook for Texans. I had a feeling once we took Kindle Vilder that SS was likely to be a vet minimum.

Holy CRAP! I loved Bloom County. It was always my favorite comic growing up. Steve Dallas was awesome.

He's our version of the Trey Burton signing of the Colts. Can sign for less here to regain value because the previous team is still writing checks.BearsFanInMN wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 4:51 pm We are a hell of a D to regain value for vets.

Me too! LT, I never knew you like Bloom County. I used Bloom County as bedtime reading for my kids growing up. Later, it became Calvin and Hobbes.Bears Whiskey Nut wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 4:55 pmHoly CRAP! I loved Bloom County. It was always my favorite comic growing up. Steve Dallas was awesome.
This is still one of my favorite clips (second clip on the page):

Another one was when Opus is asleep under a tree outside a nuclear reactor going "whirr, whirr, whirr." It then goes "Click" and Opus opens one eye and says, "Uh oh." The next strip they're talking about possible transmutations from the Nuclear Reactor accident. Opus says, "Er…. Transmutations?" And in final frame Opus has become Snoopy. The next strip Opus is back as himself locked in the dog bound with a switchblade bearing dog saying, "What's up Tux Boy."
Met Berke Brethed at a book signing and he said you wouldn't see the Snoopy bit in any collections because of Copyright. Too bad. It was fucking hilarious.

Bill the Cat....legend. Real men eat quiche. And Steve Dallas has no chest hair lmao!
...and I LOOOOOOOVE this signing! Box safety gets EJax back to playing center field where he's best. Can someone find me a hole on this defense? I can't, we are friggin LOADED

Most underrated comic ever. A favorite was when Sean Penn headbutted Steve's back and put him in a brace. He says to Quiche "remember when we said wed love each other no matter what?" Cant remember exactly the response but ends in that things gross!

I like this. Bush needed more legit competition.
