It's wild how underrated AR is in this thread. He's a top 10 WR. He's probably the best WR in Bears history or maybe 2nd if you love BMarsh. He's the best player on offense by far. He's not going to be replaced by a draft pick or third tier free agent like Sammy Watkins what is happening.
He should be retained. This was one of Pace's best moves - betting on him to return from injury. The Bears got a discount as a result of this risk. If the plan is to franchise him fine, but if the plan is to trade him it better be part of a broader tanking strategy.
Is there anyone here that wants to argue against signing ARob to a long term deal?
