He is also alleged to have spent approximately $62,774 in PPP loan proceeds at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and to have withdrawn over $302,000. Bellamy also allegedly sought PPP loans on behalf of his family members and close associates.

Not to dive too deeply into the political part of it, but I think fraud will end up being pretty pervasive with this program, and I doubt they'll prosecute the majority of it. The goal was a major cash infusion to float the economy and it largely worked as intended. But quick and large amounts of cash like that were going to be open to fraud.
