Glad you like it! Just want to take the opportunity to point out that we now have a light/dark theme toggle up above for those who aren't a fan of the dark theme.

We've been testing this for the past couple weeks but let me or @UOK know if you notice any bugs.

Agree completely!
Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

Looking good!

(I was trying to find a GIF based response and I came across this. It doesn't have anything to do with anything except its a hot chick riding a horse. You're welcome.)

Looks sexy. Really, really nice on mobile. Thank you guys for all you do here. After traversing the barren interwebs alone for over a decade once the Webway shut down, finding this place has been pretty awesome.

The new mobile look is probably the best I've experienced for forum browsing. The dark mode is actually easy on the eyes (never felt the old one was). Buttons are nice sized and logically placed. Just all around a great upgrade. Big kudos to the team.

I dont mind the change. Which is essentially a glowing review, because I generally am not a fan of change for change sake.

I could post this in the back office. When I highlighted something to delete it the page froze. I assume it's on my end, but I've never had that happen before.

You mean you highlighted some text in the editor when writing a post?

I don't mind the change. Which is essentially a glowing review, because I generally am not a fan of change unless I specifically ask for it. Sometimes it's nice to be anticipated.

This wasn’t a change for change’s sake. The forum software requires occasional updates for feature, performance, and security reasons. The “skin” of the board, the theme, is often only partially or entirely incompatible with a small range of forum software versions. After a few years, maybe, it’s time to upgrade.

Xee contacted the theme’s creator and procured a version compatible with the latest forum software. He then had to manually edit the colors element by element to match the old board and to appease my persnickety-ness. Needless to say, he did a bang up job. As always!

Thanks to Xee for the redesign , as well as UOK and the mods for keeping this place looking spiffy for us championship-starved Bears fans. Looking good.

San Francisco has always been my favorite booing city. I don't mean the people boo louder or longer, but there is a very special intimacy. Music, that's what it is to me. One time in Kezar Stadium they gave me a standing boo.

Looks great and thanks for all you do as mods. Really like this board. Glad I found it through the old bearfans board.
