An outlier like Mitch's 6 TD game against the Bucs. Evans wasn't a great passer to put it mildly but was mobile. The teams back then weren't as horrible as they were in the late '60s/early '70s but weren't anything to write home about.
For the first time in NFL draft history, a team has drafted a QB and a WR in the top 10.
