At the risk of this thread veering away from the subject of Kindle Vildor once more, I'd just observe that the situation with Jenkins is a little different because a) he's coming off back surgery and b) as far as I'm aware we have yet to get any indication about what the Bears plan to do with him and Peters in the coming weeks. Vildor on the other hand was benched due to performance issues and indications are that he will be returning to the field to some degree going forward.

Other than that, I agree with you dplank. As soon as the Bears are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs (if not sooner e.g. if they lose their next two but are still technically not eliminated) the Bears should part ways with Nagy and put all the focus on giving the young prospects on the roster playing time for development and evaluation purposes.
