His overall record is terrible and with the cap situation the way it is this year now is the perfect time. The Bears can literally get rid of anynore except for Fields, Jenkins, Kmet, and Jonhson. Please bring me McDaniels and whatever GM can work with him, then Fangio/Zimmer as DC.

This decision should have been enacted last year! But ... If the retention of Pace and Nagy last year yielded us a crap year, but the acquisition of a franchise QB in Fields, I guess it was for the best. We were at the mercy of some cap constraints anyway. Good riddance, but here's to looking forward!

Nothing yet (been refreshing 4 screens with every possible social media feed, as well as 670 and XM radio on, and flipping between ESPN, WGN Fox 7 for updates).
