Just a little bit of news. Noticed Rodney Adams and Dazz Newsome were not on it (not sure if they were already signed):

Newsome was on the active roster at the end of the year, Adams wasn't. Can't find anything on Adams. Bears still had their practice squad listed this morning when I looked at the roster, but it's gone now.

Yea Newsome ended up signed so he'll be ERFA.
One thing with the futures deal, I don't think teams have ERFA rights to them. So they don't have to sign. Could explain Adams or others who didn't. May look for opportunities elsewhere.

Pretty sure Adams was released from the PS after his lone active appearance where he dropped a catchable ball.

Players who finished the season on Chicago’s practice squad who didn’t ink deals to return in 2022 include offensive lineman Arlington Hambright, fullback Ben Mason and preseason standout wide receiver Rodney Adams.

I remember that throw against the Cardinals; he was wide open and it was perfectly placed. Pretty sure it also would have given us a fresh set of downs. Dude had his chance.
For what it's worth though, I'm pretty sure he was still on the practice squad going into this Vikings game.

Given the massive dearth of WR talent, I'm surprised they let him go. Yeah, the drop was ugly, but that's 1 play.
Also, the futures contracts were announced after Pace's firing. Does that mean Champ was behind that decision?
