LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Chicago Bears linebackers Lance Briggs and Brian Urlacher were among those sitting out practice Wednesday at Halas Hall.
Briggs is still attempting to recover from an ankle injury that forced the weakside linebacker to miss the Bears' 23-20 loss to Seattle. Urlacher was limited one day in practice last week with a groin injury.
Zack Bowman (foot sprain), Danieal Manning (back/ribs), Roberto Garza (knee) and Chris Harris (knee) also skipped the practice session.
Meanwhile, rookie safety Major Wright participated in practice for the first time since badly injuring his hamstring in the Bears Week 2 win in Dallas.
The Bears listed Wright as having limited participation.
