I’m another of the CBFan refugees. Been bouncing around since it went down at some other places and got a heads up from Wulfy about this place.
Good to see so many familiar names as I scroll through.
As way of introduction for those that don’t know me, I’m from a small town just north of Little Rock, AR and became a Bears fan on a Monday night when Ditka and McMahon got into a yelling match on the sidelines vs Minny and have never looked back.
I’m a family law judge and hate to tell some of you I’m Cardinals fan as well.
Looking forward to talking Bears in hopefully a less toxic environment

Hi all, another stranded cbfans user here.
I'm Italian and live in Vienna Europe.
This means some of the games are late night for me... Became a Bears fan after multiple business and turist trips to Chicago in the past 20 years. As most Italians I'm a soccer fan too, supporting AS Roma.
Enjoy the 2-0 everybody!

Another ex-cbfan-er here ..
Well, I finally found the place. The cbfan crew know me, but for those who don't:
Name: Anton
From: Sydney, Australia (though actually born in NZ like so many ppl who live in Australia!)
Bears fan since: 1985
Fave food: french bread dipped into baked potato soup (left here from copy-pasting Andy's post cos it sounds good)
Fave drink: beer, wine
Misc: Three teenagers at home. Older than dirt. Metal fan. Doing a PhD in computational epidemiology. Christian.

From the now ancient and defunct Chicago Bears Message Board, member since 2001 and still miss the old boards. That said, been reading this board for several years and finally decided to join. STH since 2002 and still hoping we somehow get to make it to a game this season. Tailgater at the 31st street lot as a member of the Fork You Tailgating Club since 2003. Born in Chicago and live out in the sticks in Indiana. Machinist by trade, and helping other machining professionals to learn while they earn. Looking forward to MNF this week and will do my best to carry on tailgating traditions at home.

I am back after a long hiatus. Nothing for anyone to celebrate, just another two cents in the pot. I'm very happy to see that you faithful fans are still carrying the torch for our Chicago Bears and I hope this Foles character can spend 2021with a ring on each hand. Not quite sure what ails Terbisky but I figure there are plenty of opinions here that I can choose from......
There is a GM named Poles

He’s rebuilt his team

Long time member of the old Chicago Bears message board, CBFans.net. When it went down, I pretty much stuck to Facebook groups. Decided to come here because I see quite a few folks from CBFans post here now. I'm not the most active poster, but I do lurk a lot.

@PaulM
Too bad Cologne did not make the shortlist to host games; that would have been a short trip to see a game in your own city.
Still, it's pretty exciting that you'll be able to see an NFL game soon without having to leave your country.

Welcome! My dad was stationed in Ramstein when I was a kid back on the 80's. I think we did some volksmarching near Kaiserslautern. It's a very pretty corner of the world.
Thanks a lot! Yes, the Airbase! I was working there 20 years ago for a car rental, got many acquaintanceships, but they re all gone, back to the USAZ_Bearfan wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 1:22 pm Welcome! So the 1. FCK (Football Club) is surely in my heart, like the bears - a friend of my childhood showed me football in the 80ies, and there were just the bears as the best team in the world - back then
But some people today knows "the refrigerator"
