There is a prize for this year's winner! Rockbear99 has graciously offered his Bears #55 Lance Briggs jersey as the grand prize. Best of luck to all participants!

Interesting, somehow I ended up in the group without signing up. I went to go register and got the message: "You can not register for this group as you already a part of it."

The issue I have, is I used to be really good at picking games. In office pools, and on-line things, and even in "our" pick'em leagues for a year or two... I was always at or near the top, ATS or not.

But in the last couple of years, I've gotten terrible at it. I can't figure it out. I'm not following the league any less, and I'm not even following my heart oftentimes (often picking against the Bears & other teams I like).

I guess I'll sign up anyway... so the winner can feel that much better about themselves. Because I stink! lol...

Maybe you're following the league more...even too much ....and over thinking your picks.

I know the last couple of years in our office pool, my wife has been one of the best and she doesn't know sh*t when it comes to football.

I've got the opposite problem Eric. I'm terrible at picking winners, but I did pretty good last year. I stopped thinking about it, based my picks on my first reaction to the pairings (sometimes based on knowing little or nothing about how the team is doing this year), mostly because I was so frustrated with sucking and was just filling out my form to get it over with, and started climbing the rankings. I don't remember where I finished but I was close to the top near the end and considering the previous year I'd been beaten by people that stopped picking in mid-November, I was pretty impressed with myself (or at least my luck). So this year, no thinking. I might let my girls make my picks.

my wife makes her picks in her office pool based on uniform colors ... she reads off the teams, I tell her the team colors of each, and she makes her picks

she tied in her office (with another woman ... not sure if she used the same method or not) by winning 3 weeks last year

feel free to try that IE :D

Welp,

3 games left to pick and I have a 4-pick lead. Looks like I got this thing wrapped up. :D
