And what do you expect to get for him, Ryan Pace? A cup of coffee? Maybe? From someone mired in desperation? The best thing you can say about him is that he's cheap.
Grasu reportedly on the trading block

Mikefive's theory: The only time you KNOW that a sports team player, coach or management member is being 100% honest is when they're NOT reciting "the company line".

Cowboys might could use him for depth, but I don't know what the Bears would get.

A conditional bag of footballs would be a steal.BR0D1E86 wrote:A conditional 7th would be a hell of a deal at this point.wab wrote:Cowboys might could use him for depth, but I don't know what the Bears would get.

It was said Pace trolled for a trade for Watford before releasing him so why not? He's doing his job.
How many of you have tried selling something at a garage sale or on Craigslist before finally donating it at Goodwill?
Hell, if we can even get a 7th round pick we gain something out of the deal no matter how unlikely that is.

I wonder if the Titans would be interested in reuniting Grasu with former Oregon Ducks QB Marcus Mariota. Not sure how much depth they have there though.
If he is on the trading block, it seems to me that his former Oregon head coach and current Bears offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich feels that he can't do the job at the NFL level.

Mark August Helfrich (born October 28, 1973) is an American football coach who currently serves as the offensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). He was the head coach for the University of Oregon from 2013 to 2016 before getting fired after a 4–8 finish to the 2016 season.

Yes. The Raids have some scrub named Rodney Hudson, so they're desperate for a Center.UOK wrote:I'm thinking Grasu for Mack?

odds are, Grasu will end up going the Goodwill route but hopefully maybe someone will bite

Last year or two, Pace/Fox did something really unusual where they shopped some guys, didn't get bites...and then kept them.

I thought in his 1st year here Grasu would form a kickass tandem Long to anchor the right side for years to come. Oh how things have changed.

Don't see that being the case with Grasu though. Not when Kush, Daniels, and Whitehair can all play OC and OG and Grasu can only play OC. If Kush hadn't have gotten injured last preseason I believe Grasu would already be gone.Moriarty wrote:Last year or two, Pace/Fox did something really unusual where they shopped some guys, didn't get bites...and then kept them.
