In His defense, Manning has been beyond terrible. He has no business playing football any longer.

I have total disdain for Eli, but he's not my teammate so I can say that.
I will kill you if you cut me at the knees. You will drink with me when invited and stay til I say so. We only listen to American Music. I make men nervous with just my presence. I expect an apology if you hold. I throw linemen at QB's. Believe the Lore!

Just inexcusable the way the franchise has handled the QB situation the last 2 seasons.
They have this coming and more.

Eli's stats thus far don't look as bad as he's actually played. He's absolutely holding that team back.

Eli's been emotionally checked out of football since Coughlin left/was strongarmed out of the Giants organization. I think the joy left the game for him as he wept during the press conference.

I think that is pretty much on the money
he is certainly not the same QB who helped beat the Patriots in 2 Super Bowls

He certainly looked that way last night. He was really bad vs. the Falcons. He had about three good throws all night, and then just missed everything else. It was painful to watch.UOK wrote:Eli's been emotionally checked out of football since Coughlin left/was strongarmed out of the Giants organization. Well, Giants fans that were hoping to see Eli's backup take over might have to wait a bit...
Giants quarterback Kyle Lauletta charged with nearly hitting cop in traffic incident

Just when you thought a horrific season couldn't get any worse.
New York Giants backup quarterback Kyle Lauletta -- who many fans hoped to see in the starting lineup next week -- was arrested in Weehawken Tuesday morning while driving to the team's practice facility in East Rutherford.
Two sources in Weehawken said the 23-year-old rookie failed to obey a police officer's directions and that Lauletta came close to striking the officer with his vehicle.
Police have not responded to requests for more information on the arrest.
"We are aware of the situation and are in contact with Kyle," a Giants official said. "We are still gathering information."
Lauletta has not taken a snap this year and was declared inactive for the Giants' last game, a 20-13 loss to the Redskins that dropped the team to 1-7. The Giants have a bye this week and don't play again until Nov. 12 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Although he isn't considered the QB of the future for the Giants, many fans had hoped the Giants might sit Eli Manning and see what the fourth-round draft pick out of Richmond University could do.

Wonder how much they paid him to go do something really stupid to quiet the calls for Eli’s job.

Talk about a dysfunctional organization. They are making the Browns look good. Yeesh!
Glad we play them this year. By the time we get to NY, they should be in the middle of full implosion.
