Gruden has now another built in excuse..Glennon sucked the life out of the team..as usual..

Glennon had his 1 big chance thanks to Ryan Pace and failed miserably ... no one else is signing him with the intention of him competing for the starter's role ... but he will probably be able to parlay his clipboard holding technique into a pretty decent living
