Rodgers froze out receivers who listened to coaches over him.
McCarthy skipped meetings for massages.
@TyDunne talked to dozens of former players, coaches and personnel about the feud that tore the Packers apart.

That was an awesome read and one that was not surprising. Rodgers is a big fucking douche bag. I would really like to see the Pack run the ball more and be successful at just to spite that prick. In the mean time, lets see the jerk scramble away and get nailed by Quan and have Rodgers clavicle shatter!!!!

One thing about Rodgers that I'll never understand is why do companies sign him to endorsement deals and then play those commercials in the Chicago market?
What Bears fan is going to go out there and buy Bose headphones or get State Farm insurance after watching one of those commercials?
The most important thing about the Packers to me right now is that they don't have the 2-14 season. 6-10 at the worst and preferably 7-9 through 9-7 forever. I don't want them getting that high first round draft choice.

Because that's how marketing works. The Marshall Plan wrote:One thing about Rodgers that I'll never understand is why do companies sign him to endorsement deals and then play those commercials in the Chicago market?

If you don't buy headphones or insurance or any other quality product because you don't like the team the spokesperson plays for, then you need to work on compartmentalizing your life.
I say that as a Bears fan that is responsible, in part, for those commercials.
There are a few individuals for whom I will actively avoid buying any product they endorse. But those are people I find morally objectionable to the extreme, and they’re few and far between.
Rodgers is just a douchebag. And he happens to play for the most hatable team in professional sports. Not enough for me to actively avoid the products he endorses.
On the topic or the article, it was cool to read. Hopefully the dysfunction continues. Sounds like it will, because that diva d-bag quarterback of theirs is still a diva d-bag.

Does anyone else find it rather odd that even in all their dysfunction, they still kicked the bears ass year after year? All this article really tells me is how far off the bears and the rest of the nfc north really was. I’m glad the bears finally have some competent people running the show.

It was an enjoyable read however in the end in might not mean anything. The new coach and Rodgers could get along great and surge back to the top of the division. I think its funny that it is giving some credence to us calling him a douche lol.

I hate the Packers and I hate Rodgers but these were very classy comments — especially the remarks about McCarthy.
This is what you expect from a future HOF QB.
